Beth Babikow (Board Chair)

Beth spent her career as a librarian and has served in various public service and management positions for three public libraries in Maryland. Her experience includes children’s services, planning, and facilities management. She is a Master Gardener with the University of Maryland, Harford County Extension program. She has served as a Trustee and a member of numerous committees of Little Falls Meeting. She is a volunteer docent at the Ladew Gardens Butterfly House.  She is a member of Little Falls Friends Meeting, Fallston.

Andrew Chabalowski

Andrew has been a resident of Harford County for the majority of his life. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Communication and Media Relations as well as a Juris Doctor degree. Andrew is a practicing attorney based out of Aberdeen Maryland, with a primary focus in civil litigation.

Andrew serves as a board member for the Center for Social Change which is a non-profit that supports children and adults with intellectual disabilities, and has recently accepted an invitation to join the board of the Harford County Bar Foundation. He enjoys volunteering as pro bono and low bono counsel for individuals throughout Maryland and has worked with multiple organizations in assisting underrepresented individuals with their legal issues.

Jo-Ann Chason

Jo-Ann Chason has dedicated her life to education, promotion and support for agriculture at the individual, local and state levels in both the public and private sectors. She is the Horticulture Instructor at The Highlands School, 4-H leader for 25 years+, and involved in farm based education for over 30 years. Jo-Ann serves on the boards of Baltimore County Farm Bureau (former president) and Maryland Farm Bureau (District 4 representing Baltimore, Harford & Cecil Counties). She is a member of LEAD Maryland and the American Farm Bureau Federation Grassroots Outreach Team. Jo-Ann also designs residential landscapes and raises Guernsey cattle, laying hens and a few goats.

William (Bill) D. Clark

A native of Massachusetts, Bill graduated from the University of Wisconsin where he obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration. A former Social Science Research Analyst.   He now works part-time as a Senior Fellow at the National Opinion Research Center - NORC , a non-profit health care and social science research company- out of their Bethesda, MD office.  Bill is a member of  Little Falls Meeting of Friends in Fallston.

Peggy Eppig, Emeritus

Peggy works for the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation in Havre de Grace and coordinates several programs in agricultural and natural resources education for secondary and post-secondary students, teachers, and farm-based educators. In addition, she works part-time for Goucher College in the office of Professional Studies  for online course development.  Peggy holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies and works as an independent researcher in environmental history and environmental pilgrimage.  Peggy is a member of Deer Creek Friends Meeting, Darlington.

William (Bill) A. Harlan

Bill Harlan has a degree in agriculture economics from the University of Maryland, and worked for the US Census Bureau as a survey statistician.  He retired from Federal Service in 1994 after 31 years.  Since 1983, Bill, together with his wife, Judy, operated Belvedere Farm, in Fallston.  Bill is a lifelong member of Little Falls Friends Meeting in Fallston.  He has served as Vice Chair of the Board for Friends School of Baltimore and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Deer Creek Scenic River Commission.

Debbie Kissinger

She has been the Director of Marketing at Kissinger Financial Services, Inc.  She is a former registered nurse.  Deborah has served on the boards of several organizations, including Metro Crime Stoppers, the Family Tree, and St. James Academy.

Nina Lamba

Nina is a scientist by training and former business owner. She now teaches and supports entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland. She is a published author, and has served on numerous Boards, including the Northeastern Maryland Technology Council, where she created and ran the Science Café program for seven years; she also served three terms on the State of Maryland Life Sciences Advisory Board.

Gregory Murrell

Greg Murrell is a native of Harford County and grew up in Jarrettsville. He graduated from North Harford High School and currently is the teacher specialist for the Natural Resources and Agri-cultural Sciences Magnet Program at North Harford. Greg is a published author and has been teaching at both the middle and high school level for 25 years. Greg was recognized as Conservation Education Teacher of the Year (2021) by the Maryland Association of Soil Conservation Districts.

Aimee O’Neill

Aimee is a lifelong resident of Harford County. She is the owner of O'Neill Enterprises, which provides real estate sales, management, and consultation services, as well as auction, appraisal, and accounting services.  Aimee is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, General Certified Appraiser, Auctioneer and Accountant. She is a member of National and Maryland Associations of Realtors, and Auctioneers; the Maryland Society of Accountants, as well as comptroller of the Maryland Association of Appraisers Board of Directors. Aimee is involved in a wide array of public service organizations in Harford County as well.

Edward Steere

Edward Steere has worked in land planning and development in Harford County since 1990. He is currently the Managing Director of Planning and Market Analysis at Valbridge Property Advisors | Baltimore Washington Metro. Ed earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Geography from the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, with additional graduate work in Public Administration and Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. He has been a practicing urban planner for 25 years and holds the national AICP certification from the American Planning Association.

Ed is an active member of the Harford County community and has served in numerous roles with leadership and youth development organizations.
